Alex Magallanes is a proud first-generation Mexican-American Stage Manager primarily based out of New York City and Atlanta, Georgia.
Alex fell in love with Stage Management when working as a Production Assistant at "From Broadway with Love: A Benefit Concert for Parkland” and then dedicated themselves to making this their career the very night of that performance.
Graduated from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a BFA in Stage Management, in the past three months post-graduation, they have worked as a Stage Management intern on Les Miserables, Dreamgirls, The Little Mermaid, Fiddler on the Roof, and Waitress (The Muny) and are presently the Production Assistant for the Second National Tour of Dear Evan Hansen.
Upcoming work includes their Off-Broadway debut as the Assistant Stage Manager for Tin Church.
In their free time Alex enjoys reading books, singing, hanging out with their cat Kiwi, visual art, and the occasional video game.
